It is not necessary to be present for pickup or delivery as long as we agree upon the method to receive/drop off your laundry. We will pickup/deliver your laundry from in front of your home, condo, apartment, or place of work.
There is no delivery charge. However, there is a 20lb minimum.
We do offer a “same-day” service for wash-fold orders. Same-day orders must be submitted by 8:00 AM that day; return will be anytime from 6:00-9:00 PM the same day. The per-pound pricing is $2.50/lb.
You can pay for our cleaning services either by debit card or credit card. We accept all major credit cards. Commercial accounts are billed directly or may use a credit card.
Absolutely! The WashCrew makes every effort to protect your personal information in strict confidentiality. In the case of the Internet-provided information, we do not sell or provide this personal data to any third party; it is only used to manage your order requests with the highest level of service possible.
Should there be an issue with your laundry, call us immediately @ (262) 288-9274 and we will make every effort to resolve the matter to your satisfaction. Please understand that some issues, like persistent stains, may not be able to be resolved regardless of available products and our efforts.

We pick up your Wash/Dry/Fold laundry at your doorstep (or office) and drop it back off in 48 hours. In between, we take extra-special care of it:
- Clothes are separated into whites, lights, and darks
- Clothes are washed using professional-grade, neutral-scent, environmentally detergent
- Clothes are dried on medium heat to prevent shrinkage
- Clothes are folded, placed in clear plastic shrink-wrap and put back in your (absolutely free) WashCrew laundry bag for their trip back home.
We use professional-grade detergent, and your clothes are handled carefully to avoid any problems. There is normal wear when clothes are washed; in the highly unlikely event that your laundry is damaged or lost while in our possession, you’ll be promptly reimbursed if it cannot be repaired or located.

Please contact us as soon as possible at 262-288-9274 and let us know to reschedule. We’ve put in place email and text reminder tools to help make sure you don’t forget. However, if you do forget to leave your laundry and we make it there before you contact us, we do reserve the right to charge a $15.00 missed pickup fee to cover our driver’s time.

As often as you like. Some of our customers tweak their profiles prior to every pickup because they have special instructions for us. Other customers set up their preferences when creating their accounts and then rarely change them.
Certainly! We send all of our customer’s email and text reminders the evening before scheduled pickups. We also send a text when we’re on our way to pick up or drop off your laundry.
Absolutely. Many of our customers have laundry pickup and delivery to their workplace. Just specify in your laundry preferences the pickup and delivery details.
If there is not a hook available for the driver to hang your laundry select a delivery window during which you will be sure to be home. We’ll notify you when were en route with a time estimate of how soon we’ll be there.
We recommend that your pickup/drop-off location be protected from the elements if possible. Most customers have us leave their laundry on a front or back porch, in a garage or with their building manager. We also use common sense and watch the weather. If a hurricane or blizzard is coming, we’ll contact you and make alternate plans.
